Our Story
Built in Windsor, for Windsor
Swifty’s began the way most good service businesses do, because the existing options were frustrating. Windsor had no shortage of cleaners. What it lacked was a cleaning company you could stop thinking about: one that arrived when it said it would, charged what it quoted, and produced the same result in month three that it produced on day one.
We started small, with a handful of residential clients and a stubborn insistence on writing everything down. That habit turned into the system we still run today: a documented cleaning specification for every property we service, so quality lives in the process rather than in one person’s memory. It is unglamorous, and it is the entire reason our clients stay for years.
Today Swifty’s Superior Home and Office Cleaning Service operates from 180 Tecumseh Rd E #10 in Windsor, serving homes and businesses throughout the city and across Essex County. We have grown, but deliberately slowly: we would rather add one well-trained team a year than chase volume and become the company we started out trying to replace.
